Whether the damage is the result of fire, flood, escape of water, subsidence or impact, we can provide the effective solution to control Insurer's expenditure whilst maintaining a high level of policyholder satisfaction. The choice is often between a stay in a hotel (with all the attendant problems) or a six month let, whereas we can provide the middle course by negotiating a shorter rental period. For convenience we provide 'up front' funding of the deposit and one months rent to ensure that the best market price is achieved for the tenancy without any delays.
